“I grew up in South Florida so I’m very citrus forward, very seafood forward,” said Paul Niedermann, executive chef at The Jupiter Grill.
You may recognize Niedermann if you see him around the restaurant. He won season 9 of Hell’s Kitchen, and he’s worked with chefs and cuisines all over the country, from New York to California.
“I kind of marry a little bit of everything and brought it back to here,” he said. “So we have an approachable but eclectic take on a traditional steakhouse.”
Dan Morris is the co-owner of The Jupiter Grille. He said the modern approach to a coastal steakhouse is something he is proud to bring to the area.

“We do have dry aged cuts on the menu to seafood we have a half-off happy hour with a bar menu, brunch on Sunday, we hit all aspects of it,” Morris.

“I have the best crab cake in South Florida,” said Niedermann. “From the Treasure Coast to Key West, and I’ll stake my reputation on that. And we are an approachable to get a nice high end steak without feeling so stuffy.”
