PALM BEACH, Florida (SOUTH FLORIDA DAILY) - Thirsty Thursday did not disappoint at Buccan in Palm Beach this week. Mixologist John Clark showed us how to make a classic Mai Tai. Make it at home or head to Buccan to try it for yourself!
- 1.5 oz light rum
- .75 oz Curacao
- .5 oz Lime juice
- .5 oz Orgeat
- Floater of dark rum
DIRECTIONS: Combine all in shaker full of ice, shake and strain over crushed ice and top with rum floater.
