Luchadora
Why it works: The “over the top” margarita because you will have to wrestle all of the garnish to get to this cobbler style margarita!
INGREDIENTS:

1.5oz Mezcal Unión Uno
0.75 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
0.25 lime juice
0.5 ginger syrup

2 dashes of Scrappy’s Habanero Bitters
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the cocktail is thoroughly chilled. Strain into a Collins or rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with candied ginger, microplaned lime zest, a pineapple leaf, edible flower, and of course, a paper straw. A “Luchadora” themed glass or other drinking vessel could be a nice touch!
El Melocotonero Margarita
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Mezcal Unión Uno
0.75 oz sherry
0.5 oz peach liqueur
0.5 oz agave nectar
ADVERTISEMENT
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the cocktail is thoroughly chilled. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint speared through a peach ring candy.
