The Florida Freedom, the only professional bull riding team in Florida, is bringing all the excitement to the Sunshine State this weekend. The PBR team will compete in Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise August 2-4.
The Freedom competes in the innovative PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Teams league, which is shaking things up by turning bull riding into a team sport. This is the third season for the league and it just continues to get more popular! The Teams league takes the traditional individual competition and brings a whole new twist.
From August 2-4, the Freedom will ride for the first time in Florida, hosting the league’s other nine teams for an electrifying event known as Freedom Days. It’s all happening at the home of the 2024 Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers!
At the helm of the Freedom is the talented Paulo Crimber, a 10-time PBR World Finals Qualifier. And it’s a family affair because his son, John Crimber, is also on the roster! At just 18 years old, John is already being hailed as a generational talent.

The Freedom’s lineup boasts some serious talent, including rising star Caden Bunch and a dynamic group of Brazilian riders: Alex Cerqueira, Elizmar Jeremias, Thiago Salgado, and Joao Lucas Campos. Plus, seasoned riders Conner Halverson and Casey Roberts round out this powerhouse team.
