MIAMI, Florida (SOUTH FLORIDA DAILY) - It’s National Cheeseburger Day and we are celebrating at Miami’s quintessential dining destination, Michael’s Genuine. James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schwartz alongside Executive Chef Bradley Herron launched a monthly burger series, offering a different and unique burger each month. In addition to their mouth watering and notorious “Genuine Burger”, this Miami staple will offer a different burger each month. The Burger of the Month and their famous “Genuine Burger” will be available every Sunday evening from 5-10 PM. Michael’s Genuine recently celebrated their 17 year anniversary and is located at 130 NE 40th St, Miami, FL 33137. Check out each month’s offering below! - September: Lamb Burger topped with harissa aioli, creamy cucumbers, pickled onion served on a homemade pita
- October: Brunch Burger filled with a fried egg, bacon, cheddar hollandaise, smoked chili aioli served on homemade english muffin
- November: Sunday Burger featuring homemade pimento cheese, fried okra, mango chutney served on homemade naan
- December: Veggie Burger made of black beans and layered with smoked eggplant, harissa, dill, feta served on a seed bun
