Fright Nights, West Palm Beach’s largest haunted house event, returns to the South Florida Fairgrounds this October for its 23rd year!

The event runs select nights from October 9 through November 1 at the South Florida Fairgrounds (9067 Fairgrounds Road.) Hours are 6-11 p.m. on Thursdays and 6 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

This year’s event features four haunted houses, carnival rides, live music, food and entertainment. Three haunted houses have been announced: “The Autumn Terror Returns,” “Nuclear Beats: Frenzy in the Fallout” and “Watery Grave.” A fourth house, called “Project X,” will be revealed three days before opening night.

Two scare zones will also be featured: “Scary Christmas,” set in the village of Hollow Pines, and “Coven of the Scorned,” based on the Salem witch trials.

Online tickets are $48.50 and include admission plus 40 Fright Credits for haunted houses and rides. The Dead Ringers Club pass costs $150 and offers access to all four haunts, the RIP Lounge, and line-skipping privileges.

Fright Nights Returns to the South Florida Fairgrounds with Bigger, Bolder Scares Than Ever Fright Nights’ creative director joins South Florida Daily to chat about what guests can expect this year and Megan Hayes gets a spooky makeover.
