Big changes are coming to 114 S. Olive Avenue. According to Newmark, the New York City-based restaurant and nightlife concept Ketchy Shuby is moving into the former Banko Cantina space, marking the brand’s Florida debut!

Ketchy Shuby will transform the three-story building into a multi-level hotspot: a restaurant on the ground floor, a nightclub and lounge upstairs, and a rooftop venue with skyline views. It’s set to open in fall 2026.

Ketchy Shuby was founded in 2023 by Jamie Mulholland. The menu blends globally inspired New American cuisine with plant-based options, and at night, the space becomes a high-energy lounge with DJs spinning local and international beats.

“We’re thrilled to bring Ketchy Shuby to West Palm Beach,” Mulholland said. “The city’s energy, growth, and community vibe are the perfect fit. We can’t wait to create something truly special here.”

With food, drinks, and nightlife all under one roof, the former Banko Cantina is about to get a serious upgrade! The 13,000 square foot space will look different under the new brand by the end of this year, according to Newmark.
