Festive Galentine’s Day events to attend around South Florida

From cocktail classes and brunch to sweet treats and group dinners, here are easy ways to celebrate with friends or treat yourself this February.

Galentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to celebrate your friends, yourself, or both! Whether you’re planning a night out or keeping things low key, here are a few easy ways to celebrate Galentine’s Day around our area this February...

Hilton West Palm Beach is kicking things off on February 6 with a Galentine’s Day Cocktail Experience at Galley from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The evening includes a welcome cocktail, a guided mixology class, recipe cards to take home, 20% off dinner at Galley, and complimentary valet parking. It’s a fun option if you want something different than the usual dinner plans!

On February 12, Magie Wine Bar is hosting a few events. At Coconut Grove, you can attend Pitch A Friend, where friends present amazing singles to the crowd, followed by time to mingle, play games, and enjoy wine and bites by Chef Ivan Barros. You don’t have to know anyone being “pitched” to have a good time!

Also on February 12, there’s a Galentine’s Flower Design Class in Little River at Magie Wine Bar. Bring your friends, make your own floral arrangement, and enjoy wine and small bites during the workshop.

If your love language is food, there are plenty of seasonal treats to try! H&H Bagels is bringing back its Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cream Cheese from February 7 through 21. Crema Gourmet is launching its Red Velvet Latte on February 9, available through the end of the month, along with a Strawberry Croissant with Goat Cheese available February 13 through 15!

For dinner plans, Palm City Social is offering a Galentine’s dinner with a fixed three course menu from February 10 to 12 for $40 per person. Serena Pastificio in Mizner Park is also running Valentine’s Day weekend specials from February 13 to 15, including a heart shaped dessert and cocktail and non alcoholic drink options.

Whether you’re celebrating with friends or carving out some time for yourself, Galentine’s Day is a good reminder that love isn’t just about couples! Enjoy the celebrations and as always, tag us in your photos if you go to any of these events!
