Related Ross and Palm Tree Crew announced a four-year partnership with the City of West Palm Beach following the inaugural West Palm Beach edition of Palm Tree Music Festival on February 14, which drew the festival’s largest crowd to date with 11,000 attendees.
Headlined by Palm Tree Crew co-founder Kygo and Calvin Harris, the sold-out event drew tickets that sold out over two months in advance with an 8,200-person waitlist. The festival also featured Sofi Tukker and BUNT.
As part of the partnership, plans are confirmed to expand the festival to a two-day event beginning in 2027. The festival was held at West Palm Beach Waterfront Landing and drew 85% of ticket holders from out of town, with more than half between the ages of 24 and 35.
Stephen Ross, CEO and Chairman of Related Ross, said the event “added a new dimension to the city’s entertainment scene that complements our continued investments in delivering world-class cultural programming.”
Myles Shear, co-founder of Palm Tree Crew, said the energy “exceeded every expectation.” He added that the partnership “gives us the opportunity to build something enduring that elevates the city’s cultural landscape for years to come.”
The West Palm Beach debut marks a significant milestone in Palm Tree Crew’s portfolio of festivals in destinations such as Aspen, The Hamptons, Saint‑Tropez, and Singapore. The company is also a proud investor in Mary Lou’s, a West Palm Beach hotspot.
