The ninth annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach is now open! For the first time ever, 23 of the nation’s leading designers have transformed two properties right here in West Palm Beach: the waterfront Intracoastal House at 3410 North Flagler Drive and the Palm Cottage right across the street.
Tickets are available through March 24, 2026. All proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, supporting essential programs for local youth.
The Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised more than $34 million over five decades. The Palm Beach edition extends this legacy locally, ensuring children throughout Palm Beach County have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
“Bringing together exceptional design and a shared commitment to giving back, this event makes a lasting difference for the young people in our community,” said Daniel Quintero, Executive Director of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.
“Events like this remind us that investing in the arts and investing in our youth go hand in hand,” added Jaene Miranda, President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. “The generosity behind this year’s Show House directly supports life-changing programs for local children and teens.”
The show house is chaired by Steele Marcoux, Jonathan Savage, and Billy Ceglia. VERANDA serves as the national media partner, with Modern Luxury Palm Beach and Palm Beach Cottages & Gardens as regional partners.
