Starting Monday, March 2, there’s a new time to tune in for your daily dose of all things local!
South Florida Daily is officially moving from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., giving viewers a more relaxed way to start their mornings while still staying connected to everything happening across the region! The show will continue to air weekdays at 1 p.m., making it even easier to catch an episode whether you’re starting your day or taking a lunch break.
Airing on WFLX FOX29, South Florida Daily is produced in collaboration with the Palm Beach County Film and Television Commission. Since its debut in September 2023, the lifestyle show has highlighted the very best of South Florida, from must visit restaurants and local businesses to can’t miss sporting events, cultural celebrations, and hidden gem attractions.
While the show is rooted in The Palm Beaches, its reach extends even further. South Florida Daily is distributed beyond Palm Beach County, connecting with viewers in Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee Counties. It also streams live online, making it accessible wherever you are.
Hosted by Megan Hayes and produced and shot by Valerie Rodriguez, the show brings a fresh, community focused approach to local storytelling.
